Shipping policy
$7.95 Flat-Rate Shipping on all orders.
Local orders may be picked up by selecting "Local Pick-Up" from the options when placing your order. Orders with this option chosen will be held at the store for pick up. We ask that you pick up your items promptly during normal business hours on the next available business day or contact us to arrange a special pick up time.
All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to be updated with USPS.
Once your package is out of our hands, we have no control over how quickly it arrives on your doorstep. If you have a question about a package, please contact your local post office. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at tracys3bboutique@gmail.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We are NOT responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location.
